Terms of Service

1. Service Description

DontCall provides AI-powered text messaging software for service businesses. Providers subscribe to receive a dedicated phone number and automated text conversation handling for their customers. DontCall is a software platform only — we are not a party to any service agreement between providers and their customers.

2. Provider Responsibilities

Service providers are responsible for the accuracy of all business information, pricing, and service details configured in their account. Providers are responsible for all interactions with their customers, including fulfilling bookings generated by the DontCall AI. DontCall is not liable for any booking, quote, or commitment made on a provider's behalf.

3. Acceptable Use

DontCall may only be used for legitimate business communication. Providers may not use the platform for unsolicited marketing, spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose. Violations will result in immediate account termination without refund.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly. A 14-day free trial is available for new accounts. After the trial, your payment method will be charged automatically. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued.

5. Phone Numbers

Phone numbers provisioned through DontCall are leased from Twilio and remain subject to Twilio's terms and applicable carrier regulations including 10DLC requirements. Numbers are assigned to one provider at a time and may not be transferred. If a subscription is cancelled, the number may be released and reassigned after 30 days.

6. AI Limitations

DontCall's AI responses are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Providers should review their configuration regularly and monitor conversations. DontCall is not liable for any errors, omissions, or misunderstandings arising from AI-generated messages.

7. Limitation of Liability

DontCall's liability to any provider is limited to the fees paid in the 30 days prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
