1. What We Collect

DontCall collects information necessary to operate the service. For service providers (businesses using DontCall), this includes business name, owner name, phone number, email address, and payment information. For end customers who text a DontCall-powered number, this includes phone number, name, address, and any information shared during the text conversation.

2. How We Use It

We use collected information solely to operate the DontCall service — routing text messages, generating responses, creating bookings, and notifying service providers. We do not sell personal information to third parties. We do not use customer data for advertising.

3. Text Messaging

By initiating a text conversation with a DontCall-powered phone number, you consent to receive automated conversational replies from DontCall, which operates the number for the business you contacted. We collect your phone number and the contents of your messages solely to answer your request, prepare quotes, and confirm bookings within that conversation. Message frequency varies based on your conversation. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number, messaging consent, or opt-in data to anyone for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Data Storage

Conversation data is stored securely in our database and is accessible only to the service provider whose number you texted and to DontCall for service operation. We retain conversation data for up to 2 years, after which it may be deleted.

5. Subprocessors

DontCall uses Twilio (SMS delivery), Supabase (data storage), and Stripe (payment processing) strictly to operate the service on DontCall's behalf. This is operational processing, not marketing-related sharing: text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, and no mobile information is ever shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This document is the single privacy policy that governs the DontCall service and its text-messaging program.

You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at connor@dontcall.xyz. We will respond within 30 days.
