DontCall collects information necessary to operate the service. For service providers (businesses using DontCall), this includes business name, owner name, phone number, email address, and payment information. For end customers who text a DontCall-powered number, this includes phone number, name, address, and any information shared during the text conversation.
2. How We Use It
We use collected information solely to operate the DontCall service — routing text messages, generating responses, creating bookings, and notifying service providers. We do not sell personal information to third parties. We do not use customer data for advertising.
3. Text Messaging
By texting a DontCall-powered phone number, you consent to receive automated text responses from that business. Message frequency varies based on your conversation. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance.
We do not share end user phone numbers or opt-in consent data with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
4. Data Storage
Conversation data is stored securely in our database and is accessible only to the service provider whose number you texted and to DontCall for service operation. We retain conversation data for up to 2 years, after which it may be deleted.
5. Third-Party Services
DontCall uses Twilio for SMS delivery, Supabase for data storage, and Stripe for payment processing. Each provider has their own privacy policy governing their handling of data.
6. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at connor@dontcall.xyz. We will respond within 30 days.
